दोस्तों भारत सरकार के आईटी मंत्रालय के साथ में काम करने वाले CSC Common Service Center संस्था ने

MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISES के साथ पूरे देश में गाँव गाँव में फैले हुए

Medium And Small बिजनेश जैसे की – Tailor, Traders, आदि किसी भी प्रकार के बिजनेश करने वाले सभी

लोगो की पहचान करने और उन्हें Ministry के Portal पर Onboard करने के लिए CSC Vle को सरकार की तरफ से

भुगतान किया जायेगा साथ ही ऐसे सभी दुकानदारो व्यापारियों को MSME & Udyog Aadhaar Certificate दिया जायेगा

जिससे वो किसी भी बैंक से लोन लेने आदि में सक्षम होंगे और साथ ही उन्हें Online Website बनने Internet से प्रोडक्ट्स

बेचने आदि में भी मदद करने के लिए पैसे मिलेंगे

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has been recognised as engine of growth

all over the world. Many countries of the world have established a SME Development Agency as

the nodal agency to coordinate and oversee all Government interventions in respect of the development

of this sector. In the case of India, also Medium establishment has for the first time been defined in terms

of separate Act, governing promotion and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)

i.e. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development Act, 2006 (which has come into force from

02nd Oct, 2006) the Office of Development Commissioner (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) functions

as the nodal Development Agency under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(MSME).

Office of the DC, MSME would work closely with CSC eGovernance Service India Limited for

• (i) Providing Enterprise Facilitation Services to MSMEs and potential enterprises.
• (ii)Database generation of MSMEs.

SERVICES

CSCs will facilitate the following services charging appropriate fee from beneficiary entities/persons for rendering services:

• a. Registration with the GeM portal and transactions on the portal.
• b. Filing of income tax returns.
• c. Registration with GST network and filing of returns.
• d. Registration of Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum.
• e. Providing Digital Identity

CSC Vle Tasks – CSC Digital MSME scheme

Village Level entrepreneurs will be conducting a survey of MSMEs located in the nick and corner of the country.

The survey would be done in a most scientific manner using ICT tools especially developed by CSC SPV.
