भारत में 5G प्रौद्योगिकियों के लॉन्च होने के बाद उपयोगकर्ता अपने मोबाइल फोन पर स्वास्थ्य, शैक्षिक, कृषि, इंफोटेनमेंट सेवाओं तक पहुंच बनाने में सक्षम हैं। इस प्रकार किसी भी प्रकार की रुकावट या बंद होने से बचने के लिए सीएससी वीएलई रिचार्ज सेवाओं के प्रबंधन में सहायता करते हैं।

कई दूरसंचार सेवा प्रदाताओं जैसे एयरटेल, VI, बीएसएनएल, JIO आदि का मोबाइल रिचार्ज डिजिटल सेवा पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है। यह सेवा दूरसंचार सेवा प्रदाताओं के साथ जुड़ती है ताकि ग्राहक वास्तविक समय में अपने मोबाइल को रिचार्ज कर सकें। भुगतान इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से उपलब्ध सीएससी-वॉलेट के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।

Types of Recharge Services

Mobile Top-Up	Mobile Recharge of all the 14 Telecom Service Providers can be done through the Digital Seva Portal. This service connects with the Telecom Service Providers to enable customers to recharge their mobile in real-time. The payments can be made through the e-wallet available through this portal. Mobile Bill	Mobile Bill payments of 8 Telecom Service Providers can be done through the Digital Seva Portal. This service connects with the Telecom Service Providers to enable customers to pay their mobile bills in real-time. Mobile Bill Payments for the following service providers are enabled through Oxygen.Airtel \| BSNL \| Idea \| Loop Mobile \| Reliance Mobile \| Tata Docomo \| Virgin Mobile \| BSES \| NDPL
Dish TV	Dish TV Recharge of all six DTH operators can be done through the CSC Portal. DTH recharge for the following service providers is enabled through Oxygen.Airtel \| Big TV \| Dish TV \| Sun DTH \| Tata Sky \| Videocon
Data Card	Data Card Recharge for the following data card service providers can be done through the CSC Portal. MTS \| Docomo \| Reliance

Process Flow

Step 1: Open Digital Seva Portal through an URL address http://digitalseva.csc.gov.in

Step 2: Login into the system through the respective User ID and password

Step 3: Click on the Telecom section and select either Mobile Prepaid or Mobile Post-paid (BBPS) option

Step 4: A list of different telecom operators will open. Select the required telecom operator

Step 5: VLE will be directed to their CSC wallet and VLE have to enter their wallet password. Then VLE has to enter the mobile number of the customer who is to be recharged, system will display plans associated with that telecom operator, and select the plan. Fill wallet pin then click on the Pay option

Step 6: On successful completion of payment, the customer will receive a confirmation message on their registered mobile number
