How to Save Money on CSC Digital Seva Wallet Add Money Recharge

दोस्तों जैसे की आप सभी जानते है! की CSC Digital Seva Portal के माध्यम से दी जानी वाली सरकारी सेवाए जैसे बिजली बिल अथवा LIC Premium भुगतान आदि पर प्रत्येक पर्ची के हिसाब से 5 रूपये व बिल के लिए 15 रूपये का कमीशन मिलता है! और यदि यह LIC की क़िस्त 20000 रूपये की हो और आप अपने Debit card / Credit Card आदि से Wallet को रिचार्ज करे! तो लगभग आपको 10 रूपये से लगा के 100 रूपये तक Transaction Charge लग जाते है! जो की CSC Vle को मिलने वाले कमीशन से काफी ज्यादा होता है! इसलिए आप अपने CSC Digital Seva Portal को रिचार्ज करते समय निचय बताये गए Recharge Mathods का उपयोग करे! ताकि आप अपने प्रत्येक Recharge पर काफी बचत कर सकते!

Important Update

Dear VLEs, Payment Gateway Charges for Wallet Top-up in Digital_Seva Portal has been waived off in view of COVID. Now CSCegov_ ’s VLE can use any payment gateway option for wallet top-up.

Use NEFT and IMPS to Loan Money in Your CSC Wallet

According to CSC Official Update- Dear VLEs, Please do wallet top-up through NEFT and IMPS only on Digital Seva Portal… Use a Credit/Debit Card will invite payment gateway charges.

How to Add Money In CSC Digital Seva Wallet top-up

You can add money to your wallet by the following modes Payment Gateway, NEFT and Digipay

First of All Visit https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/
Click on ‘Add Money’ displayed on the left pane.
You will be redirected to the ‘Top Up through Payment Gateway’ page.
Enter the amount and select the preferred payment gateway from- CCAvenue, Citrus, PayU money
Enter remarks and click on the ‘Submit button.
Select the payment mode and follow the steps -Like Debit Card/Credit Card/ UPI/ Netbanking
Enter relevant and mandatory details and click on the ‘Make Payment’ button.
Continue with the authentication and proceed.
After Successful Payment, You will See a Confirmation Massage or Visit Wallet Summary page.

NOTE: Once the money is successfully loaded, you can use this money to avail services and make payments

Important Points

Money once added, cannot be refunded
The maximum balance that can be maintained at any point of time is Rs.1,00,000/-
To reset your Wallet Pin, go on “Accounts-Change Wallet Pin”.
All previous transactions can be viewed under, “Passbook > Wallet Ledger” tab.

How to Add Money Using NEFT in CSC Wallet

Login CSC Digital Seva Portal
Click On Add Money
Now Click On NEFT Given In Left Side
Add Account Details in Your Netbanking
Fallow Instructions and Make Fund Transfer
and Check Your CSC Wallet Summary page.

Important Instructions For CSC Wallet top-up Using NEFT

Money can be added to the wallet through the NEFT/IMPS/RTGS option. You need to preload the wallet using the unique account details communicated at the time of registration. Following details would be required to complete the payment via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS
Please ensure that funds are remitted to the correct account number and IFSC code as mentioned above.
CSC eGovernance Services India Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect information.
In the event, you or your bank commits any mistake in punching the account number or IFSC code, such payment may not be considered. CSC Ltd. or its banker would not be responsible for any consequences arising due to such error.
Additional charges applicable as per your respective bank. In case of ICICI, no such charges would be incurred.

How to Recharge (Add Money) in CSC Wallet using Digipay

Money can be added to the wallet through the DigiPay application. Only those VLEs who are registered on the DigiPay application will be able to use this mode of adding the money in their Digital Seva Wallet.

Select the bank account: VLE bank account from the drop down
Amount: Enter the amount to be added in Digital seva wallet
Addhaar number: Enter your Aadhaar number
Once the amount is successfully loaded, you can use this money to avail services and make payments.
VLEs can download the DigiPay application from the following link: https://digipay.csccloud.in/
Mobile application can be downloaded from Google play store.
