नियत तारिख जिसके लिए टिकेट बुक है उस दिन यात्रा करने में असफल होता है या यात्रा करना संभव नहीं होता और

टिकेट को कैंसल की रिक्वेस्ट डाल कर टिकेट खरीदने के लिए दिए गए पैसे वापस Refund पाने के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है

एक बार कैंसलेशन की रिक्वेस्ट डालने के 1 हफ्ते में आपको आपके टिकेट Amount का कुछ हिस्सा Refund के रूप में

आपके CSC WALLET में भेज दिया जाता है किन्तु यह रिफंड राशि टिकेट कैंसलेशन और यात्रा की तिथि में जितना ही

ज्यादा अंतर हो ज्यादा होता है

अर्थात अगर आप यात्रा की तिथि से 4 दिन पहले टिकेट कैंसल करते है तो आपको आपके पूरे पैसे भी वापस मिल सकते है

किन्तु यदि आप उसी दिन कैंसल करते है तो आपको कुछ कम पैसे मिलेंगे

IRCTC के नए निर्देशों के अनुसार टिकट Cancel  करने की प्रक्रिया को बदल दिया गया है, Cancel करने की नई प्रक्रिया जानने के लिए कृपया नीचे दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करें।

जब तक आप OTP को verify  नहीं करते हैं, तब तक रिफंड आईआरसीटीसी द्वारा process नहीं किया जा सकता है, इसलिए कृपया OTP को verify  करें।

As per new guidelines of IRCTC the process of ticket cancellation has been changed, to know the new process of cancellation please click on Above link.

Until unless you verify the OTP the refund could not be processed by IRCTC, so please verify the OTP.

Step By Step Irctc Ticket Cancellation Process with Otp

  • Step:-1 Click on My Account >My Transaction>Ticket Cancellation History
  • Step 2:- Click on cancelled ticket details for refund
  • Step3:- Click on “VERIFY” Button
  • Step4:- After Click on Verify Button, provide the OTP received On Passenger Mobile at the time of cancellation
  • Step5:- Enter the OTP at Popup Box and Submit
  • Step6:- If OTP not received at the time of cancellation, then click on “RESEND OTP” Button
  • Step7:- Enter the OTP received on mobile and Click on “SUBMIT” button
  • Final Step:-After final verification refund amount will be credit to PSP’s (Principal Service Provider) RDS Account
