27 Gov Services including Aadhaar and ration card will be now totally free in Panchayat Bhavan under model charter system

In order to make rural life more accessible in Uttar Pradesh, the government is going to give a big gift. A village-village model charter system is being implemented. The spread of Digital India has made this task easier. Panchayat assistants are being recruited in gram panchayats so that the villagers can get the benefits of government schemes under one roof. 29 services will be available at village village panchayat houses. Out of this, 27 services will be completely free. However, for copying the family register and birth certificate, the villagers will have to pay a fee of Rs. गाँव के आम जैन मानस के जीवन को और आसान बनाने के लिए योगी सरकार ग्राम पंचयतो में माडल चार्टर व्यवस्था लागू करने जा रही है! जिसके भीतर प्रदेश सरकार की लगभग 27 सेवाओ का लाभ उठाने या उसके आवेदन करने के लिए! आवेदक को कोई शुल्क नहीं देना होगा! इन सेवाओं में आधार राशन कार्ड , बिजली बिल, आय जाती , निवास , खसरा खतौनी आदि शामिल है!

व्यवस्था के लागू होने के बाद जन सेवा केंद्र संचालको के रोज़गार पर संकट

प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत में एक कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर कम सहायक की भर्ती कर तमाम सेवाए मुफ़्त में दिए जाने की घोषणा के बाद! तमाम जन सेवा केंद्र संचालक जिन्होंने Goverment द्वारा प्रत्येक ज़िले में चयनित DSP- District Service Providers को 10-15 हज़ार रुपए देकर! Edistrict Id Pasword आदि प्राप्त किया था! उनके भीतर भारी निराशा है! क्यूँकि पंचायत भवन में सभी सेवाए निशुल्क दिए जाने से इन जन सेवा केंद्र संचालको की रोज़ी रोटी छिनने के साथ केंद्रो पर ताला लगने की नौबत आने की आशंका है!

After this change, now the villagers will not have to run till the public convenience center and the city. With this, applications have started for the recruitment of Panchayat Assistants in the district. Till yesterday, around 120 applications had come in Moradabad. Applications will be open till August 17. After this, the selection committee of the village panchayat will select the panchayat assistants. District Panchayat Raj Officer Alok Kumar Priyadarshi said that after the training of the selected Panchayat assistants, they will be posted at the Panchayat houses.

After this, after reaching the village panchayat houses, under the model charter system, all the applications with Aadhaar, electricity bill, ration card will be able to be done free of cost in the village. For copy of birth certificate and family register only, the villager will have to pay Rs.5 fee.
