Ans. You have to do the marketing of the rest 50% on your own through your own network.

6) How many bulbs can be manufactured per day?

Ans. It is absolutely up to the efficiency of labor. An efficient worker can make a bulb in a maximum 10 mins.

It is up to you how long you want the worker to devote each day.

7) How long does the testing of the bulbs take?

Ans. The testing of the bulbs takes around 3-4 hrs. It is advisable that after the day’s totals manufacture the bulbs,

they should be tested together for efficient time management.

8) How should I get the training for the manufacturing Led bulbs?

Ans. CSC VLE shall be shared training videos and technical assistant’s contact details

for Manufacturing of Led Bulb

9) What if I don’t understand everything from the training video?

Ans. There will a SPOC trainer at State level whom you can approach for further training issues.

How to Order CSC Led Bulb manufacturing Kit

Visit the website https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/and click on ‘Login Now’ button.

Digital Seva Portal is integrated with CSC Connect, hence the user needs to login via
CSC Connect through their valid credentials and press SIGN IN button to log in the
portal as shown below.

Search “eStore” in Search Box

and then “LED Bulb MMU”

Again Click on “LED BULB MMU”

Click on “LED BULB MMU Order”

Press Drop-Down and Select your Product Click on order

CSC VLE Fill your details and Submit your Order

Click on ‘Proceed to CSC Wallet’ button

10) How will I get my buyback payment?

Ans. After we receive the 50% of your production of Led Bulb, quality checks will be done as per laid down parameters.

After successful checking, you will be intimated over the email about the number of properly manufactured bulbs.

Within working 25 days, the payment will be transferred to the CSC VLE’s registered bank account.

11) What will happen to those bulbs which are quality rejects?

Ans. If you want them back, we shall send them by courier or else we shall crush all of them.

12) Will I receive the packing material along with SKD Bulbs?

Ans. Yes, you will be getting packing materials when you buy units and on your subsequent raw material orders as well.

13) What would be TAT for the delivery of the unit?

Ans. 25 working days. for CSC Led Bulb Manufacturing Unit

14) What is the profit margin in each bulb?

Ans. The 50% quantity which we buyback, the profit margin will remain Rs.6 for each bulb.

For rest 50% quantity, you can decide as per your own network and market demand.

15) If I want to sell 100% of my production through my own network and don’t want to op for buyback, is that possible?

Ans. Yes, that is possible. In that case, VLE has to intimate within 15 Days post-delivery.

Once you place the request for wave off the buyback option, no further request for the buyback will be entertained.

16) Will the buyback percentage remain 50% all the time?

Ans. Yes. Only on the unit order, we shall offer 50% buyback.

On subsequent raw material order, the buyback percentage will be 25%.

17) What if get faulty material, how do I replace them?

Ans. In this case, you have to intimate CSC immediately over email. On confirmation,

you have to send them by courier at your relevant State office or HO.

If they are found to be faulty on quality checks (not faulty due to wrong manhandling),

then we shall give you replacement within working 25 days from date of receipt of material.

18) Will there be any warranty period for the finished bulbs?

Ans. Yes. The warranty period will be for two years from the date of delivery of the material.

19) Will the faulty bulbs be replaced under any circumstances?

Ans. The bulbs will be replaced if found faulty due to manufacturing defects. There will be three exclusions which are as follows:
a. Fault due to wrong connections
b. Damaged or intentionally damaged items
c. Soldering issue (Dry solder/excess solder/shorting due to improper soldering)

Process

1) VLE has to log in to the CSC portal
2) VLE has to select the product “LED BULB MMU”
3) One unit SKD consists of raw materials for 300 LED bulbs of 9 watts
4) The cost of 1 unit is INR 35000/-
5) VLE then make the payment online through the CSC portal
6) Online receipt will be generated instantly
7) Material delivery TAT will be 25 working days
8) CSC SPV will share the dispatch /Docket details on the portal
9) VLE can track the order status online

REPLACEMENT Under CSC Led Bulb Manufacturing Unit

1) VLE has to check the SKD material within 7 days from the date of receipt of
material in CSC Led Bulb Manufacturing Unit
2) If the material found to be faulty, VLE has to intimate the concerned state
team, send the photos and mention the description and Quantity of
damaged material over email.
3) The concerned SPOC from State office will verify the magnitude of damage
in the material and write email to CSC Head office confirming the specific
item and its Quantity to be replaced. CSC Head office will arrange
replacement of exact Quantity with immediate effect.
4) The dispatch cost of replacement will be borne by CSC SPV

TRAINING

1) A thorough training program video tutorial will be shared along with the material.

2) YouTube link (of training video) will be shared with VLEs

3) In case of any further doubt after watching the training videos, there will be a SPOC trainer whom can be contacted

4) If the doubt persists further, the VLE shall contact HO SPOC Trainer to resolve his doubts related to training, CSC Led Bulb Manufacturing Unit

CSC WILL BUY BACK FINISHED PRODUCT FROM ITS VLE WITH TWO MODELS

A. Buy Back from Unit Order:
1) VLE will put its finished product Quantity as per ordered unit on CSC Portal
2) After putting finished product Quantity details on portal VLE has to send
its 50% of the finished product to their state capital / Delhi HO on his own courier charge

3) CSC will test (Quality Check) all the finished product with testing rules
and parameters. CSC will reject all the wrong manhandled products
4) If VLE wants his rejected bulbs back at his destination, CSC will send it
back. Courier charges will be borne by VLE else CSC will destroy the
rejected pieces
5) CSC will send a confirmation email to VLE stating the number of successfully
the qualified finished product for the buyback.
6) Within 25 working days of confirmation, CSC will transfer the amount of
buyback (Rs 63/- per bulb Inclusive GST) Quantity into VLEs account (in
registered bank account with CSC ID).
7) Invoice should be raised by VLE in the name of CSC e-Governance as per
his/her state GST rules

B. Buy Back from CSC Led Bulb Manufacturing UnitRaw Material Order:

1) VLE will put its finished product Quantity (as per Raw material order) on
CSC Portal For Led Bulb

2) After putting finished product Quantity details on portal VLE has to send
its 25% of the finished product to their state capital / Delhi HO on his own

3) CSC will test the entire finished products with testing rules and
parameters. CSC will reject all the wrong manhandled products
