CSC SPV रूरल ई-मोबिलिटी पहल के एक भाग के रूप में, 2 व्हीलर Li-ion आधारित बैटरी (इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर, E- साइकिल, और E- बाइक) और 3 व्हीलर लिथियम आयन आधारित बैटरी के VLEs डीलर / सब डीलर बनाने के लिए एक योजना शुरू की जा रही है। ग्रामीण भारत में इस पहल से सुगम रोल के लिए हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक, गोयनका इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर, काइनेटिक आदि प्रतिष्ठित ब्रांडों के ई-रिक्शा और ई-ऑटो)।

Demand Generation through CSC Centers

वीएलई वहाँ के क्षेत्रों / गांवों में वाहनों के लिए मांग उत्पन्न करने में सक्षम होंगे और अच्छी आय अर्जित करेंगे। वीएलई ई-रिक्शा की लागत पर 8-12% आय अर्जित कर सकते हैं उन्हें खुले बाजार में बेचकर। इसके अलावा हमारे ई-रिक्शा का जीवन चलाना लगभग तीन बार है, फिर ली-आयन आधारित बैटरियों के उपयोग के कारण गांवों में चलने वाले पारंपरिक ई-रिक्शा।

इच्छुक वीएलई अपने फोटो और एड्रेस आईडी प्रूफ के साथ हमें भरे हुए डीलरशिप फॉर्म भेजकर निम्नलिखित ओईएम के सब डीलर बनने की इच्छा प्रस्तुत करेंगे।

Csc Rural E Mobility Opening Process

प्रारंभ में हम प्रति राज्य एक उप-डीलर बना रहे हैं और आगे भी उसके / उसके जिलों में एक बड़े डीलर को इसे बढ़ाने और संशोधित करने के लिए उस इकाई की बिक्री की निगरानी करना जारी रखेंगे।

इस प्रयास से CSCSPV और इसके VLEs प्रदूषण को रोकने और पर्यावरण को बचाने में मदद कर रहे हैं।

Approval Process

PLEASE NOTE: VLE will have to come through his/her State Head only, state will verify and process the details to HO for making Sub-Dealership of E-mobility for VLEs

Space Requirements

1. For e-Rikshaws (3 Wheeler) – Minimum of 400 Sq. Ft.

2. For e-Scooter (2Wheeler) – Minimum 200 Sq. Ft.

3. VLEs must have seating arrangement for at least 3-4 People.

4. Basic amenities like toilets for male & female and Drinking water for Visitors.

5. First Aid kit and Fire Extinguisher Type-A

6. Require a person with good marketing skills and a person with strong technical background.

Investment in Csc Rural E Mobility

Dealership Security Deposit amount:

For E-Rickshaws Rs. 2,00,000/-(Two Lacs) security for 2 Vehicles.

For E-Scooters Rs. 1,00,000/- (Two Lacs) security for 2 Vehicles.

VLE will get the Dealership within 30 Days as the Process of TC and Setup is time consuming. Still process will be fast as compare to the other dealers.

NOTE: Security amount is refundable

Opportunities for Dealers

1. Dealer/Sub dealer can earn up to 10%-12% of the showroom price on selling a unit ERickshaw (ThreeWheeler)

2. Dealer/Sub dealer can earn 8%-10% on selling a unit E- Scooter/Bike (TwoWheeler)

3. VLE can take dealership from multiple companies with CSC like Hero, Mahindra, TVS,GEM etc.

DOCUMENTATIONS for Csc Rural E Mobility

VLE have to provide following documents to CSC

  1. CSC dealership form
  2. Demand Draft

The service provider will have to provide the following documents to CSC

  • Vehicle Certificate
  • Insurance certificate
  • Warranty Details
  • Service Level Agreement

Service Level Agreement

  • A service level agreement will be made between service provider and customer that defines the level of service expected from the service provider.
  • If SLA is missed, penalty can be imposed on the service provider.

Marketing and Advertisement

  • The dealer will have a Canopy and Flex Banner at the centre with CSC Rural e-Mobility logo.
  • Flex size is 6 by 3 sq ft. (CSC SPV will share the Design).
  • Pamphlet of the products provided by service provider.
  • Other Marketing Material will also be provided to the Dealer after setup.

Training and Development for vle in Csc Rural E Mobility

  • Training will be provided to dealers staff by the service provider (OEMs) for 2 days.
  • Under this Training, all the Parts and Equipment description will be imparted by the trainer
  • VLEs can become the Skilled technician by taking Training for 5 Days complete at Owners Plant Location.
  • All the items know-how and usage will be taught in the training

Sale of Units

  1. Accessories will be provided at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
  2. RTO process will be done by dealer in coordination with the Sub-Dealer.
  3. All the Documentation will be done by the Direct Seller and provide further for the process.
  4. RTO and Insurance Cost will be added automatically and imposed as per the State Norms respectively.
  5. The amount will be paid through CSC SPV E Mobility Portal for the sale of Units directly.
  6. Commission of Dealer will be paid after total amount received by CSC SPV in T+5 Days Basis.

FLEET MANAGEMENT

  • Dealer/Sub Dealer can also purchase E-Rickshaw for fleet management.
  • GPS tracking facility will be provided for fleet management.
  • VLEs can track there Vehicle as and when required by them in Real-time.
  • Geo Scanning is enabled in the E-Rikshaws for smooth functioning.
  • The application will also be provided if the VLEs require for monitoring and running it on daily or monthly rental Basis.
  • Long term revenue for the VLEs and tracking maintaining the Records online by the Application.
  • Smooth functioning of the System.
